Socialization of the Role and Function of Statistical Institutions in Indonesian Data

The Head of the Seluma Regency BPS and invited guests from the Seluma Regency Communication and Information Agency represented by the Head of Statistics Data Collection and Analysis attended the Information Institution Role and Function Institution Socialization in One Data Indonesia which took place on 12-13 November 2019 organized by the Provincial Statistics Agency (BPS) Bengkulu.

The activity that took place at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu was one step to increase the understanding of the apparatus of managing statistical data at the regency / city local governments in Bengkulu Province in accordance with Presidential Regulation No.39 of 2019 concerning Indonesia's data.

During the event a joint commitment was signed between the Head of BPS and the Head of the Regency / City Communication and Information Agency throughout Bengkulu Province, which was used to implement the principles of the Indonesian Data One.

The short-term target that must be done is to encourage the implementation of Norms, Standards, Procedures and Criteria (NSPK), the introduction of statistical business process standards, and increase the capacity of human resources to be able to produce and translate data appropriately.
